– Style and Perspective: Our models showcase a single viewpoint, reflecting the same perspective as your submitted image. They do not display every angle or offer a 360-degree view of the house.

– Craftsmanship: Each model is handmade. The process begins with a digital drawing of your sorority or fraternity house, taking approximately 2-3 hours. Then, it’s engraved on five layers of Birch wood using a laser. After stacking, gluing, and clamping the layers for at least 24 hours, the model undergoes a final hand sanding. Carefully wrapped in tissue paper, it’s then shipped to you. The entire creation process takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on demand.

– Final Dimensions: Your model will be 7 inches on its longest edge. The smaller side will vary based on the style and shape of your house. However, all models must fit within a 7.5×5.5 inch area, the maximum size to fit in our packaging. The final model will also have a depth (thickness) of 5/8 (0.625). We previously offered two size options (4in and 7in), which are still shown in our listing photos and video (updated visuals are coming soon). We decided to make just the 7in going forward for this design to provide the best quality and preserve the most details.

– Image Requirements: For the best results, please provide a high-quality image that accurately represents your sorority or fraternity house. How your image looks is exactly how we’ll make your model, including any architectural features, letters, or decorations. Higher-quality images produce more detailed models. Images taken with smartphones are preferred. If you don’t have an image, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss alternative options.

– Before Ordering: “Will this image work?” “How about this angle?” “Is this house too big/small/tall/etc.?” Please, if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, don’t hesitate to message us before placing your order. We’re here to assist you in any way we can and would much rather address any concerns beforehand.

– After Ordering: You will receive an email with a link to where you can share your image. If you are having issues, send us an email and we can provide an alternative option.

*Note: Each wooden model is handcrafted and arrives sanded smooth without any wood finish or sealant. Therefore, slight variations, material imperfections, and color differences may occur between replicas, even when of the same design. Each piece is unique, making it a one-of-a-kind work of art.
