How long does a replica take to make?
Custom replicas typically take 5-10 business days to craft, while non-custom replicas are usually ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
Will I get to approve a proof of the design before it’s made?
We do not provide proof of the design for custom replicas to expedite production. Rest assured, we craft each replica to look exactly like your image. You’ll love the final model if you’re satisfied with your photo. We will notify you once it ships, though we do not provide progress updates during production.
How do I share my image for a custom replica?
Simply click the "Choose File" button and selecting your photo when ordering your replica.
What image size / type / perspective will work?
Capture your photo from the front or at a slight angle for best results. High-quality images from real estate listings or modern smartphones are ideal. Feel free to message us with any questions or concerns regarding your photo before ordering!
How many photos do you need?
We only require one photo for custom replicas. Our replicas are designed to showcase one perspective. If you need help determining which photo will work best, share a couple, and we’ll provide recommendations.
Can I request a custom design or modification to my replica?
Custom replicas are crafted to match your photo precisely as they appear in the image. If you have specific requests, such as excluding minor features, please mention them in the ‘Additional Comments’ section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.
How do I care for my replica?
Our replicas are for indoor display. Please keep them away from water, excess moisture, heat, and flame. Handle with care and clean hands to prevent marks or damage – dust with air or a delicate duster as needed.
Can I expedite my order or shipping?
We do not offer expedited order processing in fairness to all our customers. You can include a specific timeframe in the ‘Additional Comments’ section at checkout if you have a particular timeframe. However, we cannot make any guarantees, as each replica is handmade, and we prioritize quality over speed. Faster shipping options are not available at this time, unless presented as an option at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Custom replicas include our signature gift box. If desired, non-custom replicas can add gift wrapping when adding the item to your cart. Otherwise, non-custom replicas will ship in generic packaging.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
Absolutely! When adding an item to your cart, include a personalized gift message, and we will handwrite it on a custom-designed card with your order.
How are orders shipped?
We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage Monday through Friday. Custom replicas are packaged in our signature gift box, while other replicas ship in a generic package. Eco-friendly materials are prioritized for packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship website orders within the United States. For international shipping, please place your order through our Etsy Store.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its shipping status with USPS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, for secure checkout.
What is your return or refund policy?
Refunds are available on returned products within 14 days of delivery, excluding custom replicas and engraved items. Please refer to our refund policy for details.
