PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

LittleHomeReplicas offers handcrafted decorative products, including custom replicas created using images submitted by customers.

All descriptions, images, and examples are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations and imperfections may occur and are considered normal and acceptable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized use of images, or violations of these Terms.

CUSTOM ORDERS, PHOTOS, AND USER SUBMISSIONS

Image Ownership and Responsibility

By submitting any photograph, image, or other content (“User Content”) to us, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the copyright owner of the image or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit it to us.

  • The image was lawfully obtained and does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

  • The image depicts a structure photographed from a public location and does not violate the privacy rights of any individual or property owner.

License Granted to LittleHomeReplicas

By submitting any photograph, image, or other content (“User Content”), you grant LittleHomeReplicas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from such content solely for the purposes of:

  • Producing and fulfilling your order

  • Creating the associated artwork or design

  • Maintaining internal records, quality control, and dispute resolution

This license permits us to use customer-submitted images only as reasonably necessary to complete the order and related business operations.

We may display images of the finished custom product (such as the completed replica itself) for portfolio, gallery, or marketing purposes.

Customer-submitted photographs of homes or buildings will not be publicly shared for marketing or promotional purposes without the customer’s prior, explicit permission provided separately (for example, via written approval, email consent, or an opt-in request).

Artistic Interpretation

You acknowledge that all custom products are artistic interpretations created by us and are not exact replicas. The final product may resemble the submitted photograph or the physical structure depicted, but no intent to infringe any architectural or photographic copyright is implied.

Indemnification for User Content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your submission of User Content that you did not have the legal right to use or license.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, product images, and artwork (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Custom Products

All sales of custom products, including items made from submitted images or containing custom engraving, are final. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Non-Custom Products

Non-custom products may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to our return conditions outlined on the Website.

Production of custom items typically begins shortly after an order is placed. Orders may not be canceled once production has started.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
