It all began with a simple realization: homes don’t just mark where we live — they hold the stories of who we are.

Before starting LittleHomeReplicas™, I spent years photographing homes and businesses at moments of transition — first openings, final walk-throughs, and places people were stepping into or away from. Over time, it became clear how quickly those moments pass — even when the places themselves remain deeply meaningful.

I started creating wooden replicas as a way to preserve those places in a tangible, lasting form — something you can hold, display, and pass on.

Crafted from real places

More Than a Model

Every piece is handcrafted to order from a real photo — not imagined, redrawn, or mass-produced.

The perspective, details, and character of the image guide the final design, resulting in a keepsake that feels immediately familiar.

These aren’t toys or technical scale models. They’re decorative heirlooms — made to evoke memory, mark milestones, and honor the places that shape us.

Finished with intention

Crafted with Care

Each replica is created through a careful blend of digital precision and hands-on craftsmanship. Designs are refined by hand, cut from layered birch wood, and assembled with care in our Florida studio.

From the moment your photo is reviewed to the day your piece is packaged and shipped, every step is handled with intention and care.

Over the years, these pieces have been gifted to mark new beginnings, honor lifelong homes, celebrate businesses, and preserve places that live on only in memory.

Some are joyful. Some are bittersweet. All are deeply personal.

That’s what makes this work meaningful — and why it’s treated with the respect it deserves.

Guided by a human hand

The Maker

LittleHomeReplicas is guided by Jake, who designs and oversees every piece produced in our studio.

What began as a small, hands-on practice has grown through refinement, improved tools, and a commitment to doing things the right way — never rushing, never outsourcing, and never losing sight of why these pieces matter.
