PRODUCTION TIME

All LittleHomeReplicas products are handcrafted to order.

  • Production time: approximately 4–10 business days

  • Timing may vary depending on order complexity, photo quality, and current order volume

  • During peak seasons and holidays, production times may be slightly longer

We take care to produce each piece thoughtfully and do not rush the creative process.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders ship from Florida, United States.

  • Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage
    (typically 2–6 business days within the U.S.)

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

Please note:

Upgrading shipping speed affects transit time only and does not shorten production time.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

ORDER PROCESS & PHOTO REVIEW

After you place your order:

  1. Your photo is reviewed to confirm it meets production requirements

  2. If approved, your order moves into design and production

  3. Your piece is crafted, packaged, and shipped

You will typically only hear from us if:

  • There is a question about your photo, or

  • Your order has shipped

If your submitted photo is not suitable for production, we will contact you to request an alternative.
If no workable photo can be provided, your order will be canceled and fully refunded before production begins.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

While rare, shipping issues can occur.

  • Packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier may be eligible for a replacement, not a refund

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable

  • Replacement timelines depend on carrier claim processing requirements

Please note:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

If you have experienced delivery issues or package theft in the past, please contact us prior to ordering so we can discuss alternate shipping options or signature confirmation when available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship primarily within the United States.
If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times, customs processing, and import duties may vary and are the responsibility of the customer.
