Thank you for shopping with LittleHomeReplicas. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

OVERVIEW

We accept returns on eligible items within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom-made replicas created from a customer-submitted photograph

  • Products containing custom engraving, including names, messages, or dates

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Order date

  • Reason for return

  • The email address used at checkout

Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

Refund determinations are made at our discretion after inspection.

LOST PACKAGES / LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders confirmed lost by the shipping carrier may be eligible for a replacement, not a refund.

  • With your assistance, we will file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is approved, a replacement of the same product will be issued at no additional cost.

  • Replacement timelines depend on carrier claim processing requirements.

Please note:

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost, even if sent to an incorrectly entered address or stolen after delivery.

  • Lost-package claims are subject to carrier policies and may not always be approved.

If you or your recipient has experienced delivery issues or package theft in the past, please contact us prior to ordering so we can discuss alternate shipping options or signature confirmation.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing typically occurs within 3–5 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details so we can assist you.

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:

  • Approved returns will receive a gift credit or one-time discount code

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • Any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
